Finergy with Zefyro in the sale of Officine Bioenergetiche to Gruppo Società Gas Rimini
The Finergy team, led by Stefano Indigenti, assisted Zefyro as financial advisor in the sale of 100% of the shares of the company Officine Bioenergetiche, owner of 3 biogas plants of 1 MWe each located in Bondeno (FE), to Gruppo Società Gas Rimini, a company Italian company active in the energy sector and in the design, production and sale of biomethane produced from renewable sources.
