Finergy is an independent advisory firm active in M&A and Project Finance transactions mainly for renewable energy, utilities and sustainability sectors.
Finergy, based in Milan, has been active since 2011 and is one of the companies specialized in the energy sector with the longest experience in Italy. Since its establishment, Finergy has completed M&A or financing operations in renewables for a value of approximately Euro 700 million, equal to a capacity of more than 250MW in various renewable sources.

STEFANO INDIGENTI
Stefano is founder and Managing Partner at Finergy.
After graduating in Economics at Bocconi University and completing a master in Industrial Economics at UEA University in Norwich (UK), he worked as a university scholar at the Institute of Economics and Energy Policy of Bocconi University in Milan.
Since 1999 he has worked as a senior manager of KPMG's Energy & Utilities division for several years.
In 2007 established the Italian branch of Climate Partner, one of the pioneering companies in voluntary carbon offsetting and climate change compensation strategies.
In 2011 he was one of the founders of Ethica Energia, together with the Ethica Corporate Finance group, from which Finergy was born in 2013 as a specialist advisor in the renewable energy sector.
Stefano has over 20 years experience in corporate finance and energy sector and a vast network both in Italy and internationally.

PATRICIO SERRA
Patricio is senior advisor at Finergy.
After his first experience in the energy sector (Exxon, Petrochemical) and Investment Banking (Citicorp),was senior manager of the energy & utilities division of ITP,CSC/Index, PHB, and ATKearney for several years.
Later was part in some business start-ups (Telco MVNO, Heating efficiency)
Patricio is senior advisor at Finergy and reference person for the Iberian market.
Patricio holds 30 years of experience in the energy sector and an extensive sectorial network in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.

GIORGIO SEMINARA
Giorgio is Associate at Finergy.
Giorgio, after a first experience at KPMG and Armon Capital, joined Finergy in 2015.
Giorgio took part in several M&A trasactions in the renewable energy sector, gaining specific expertise in the evaluation of plants and companies operating in the energy sector.
Giorgio has developed considerable programming skills with innovative applications in company valuation and financial products.

Alessandro is Junior Analyst at Finergy.
Alessandro joined Finergy in 2022.
